Use proxies, which you do, but also use APR Spoofing. APR Spoofing sends out a different ip than what you are using, simple. This can be very ILLEGAL, so if you get yourself killed by some Internet Mafia because you stole their ip or if the FBI breaks down your door, then I am not responsible or legal bound for responsibility. Anyway there are probably a bunch of good spoofers, but I haven't had a need for them, so I can't recommend any.
