How do i Get inside his comp?

ok I got this kids IP Now i just need to know is there a way anyway program or somthing that I can use to get access to his files, Delete them , and Jerk with his connection and status etc. Please I need to know Thanks.

You best bet is a trojan. You can spy on him/her and look at thier files and basicaly take control of thier computer.
