wtf is this?! Help!

I keep geting this fucking program called World anti spy and I cant seem to get it locked away for good it wont stay down, Now i ran Spybot search and destroy and adaware , Nothing happens. Also I have this VEry serious file that appears on my desktop that I cant seem to delete it says the file is in use. It's called
Sphook.dll and now when i run Internet Explorer I cant open Up shit i can go to a site but No open anything or download Wtf is going on i need some serious help . Thx

To get rid of that running proccess is simple. Open Msconfig & delete any unwanted values out of your startup proccesses. Open regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHING/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS/CURRENT VERSION/RUN/ & delete any unwanted values here. Reboot and run spybot search and destroy and you should be fine.
