help with proxy

hello everyone. i found your forum and thought it may be interesting so i signed up hoping that someone could help me out! i DID do searches on here as well as on the internet. i found some answers, but nothing that is worth anything. the results were whois, trace, etc...
my question is: is there ANY way to trace a dynamic ip to its original ip? if so, how and / or with what? i know i may get an answer like the ISP with a court order......other than that, is there any other way? thanks in advance.

when you connect to the internet through your isp, you get an ip address. A static ip address stays the same, a dynamic ip address will change. So a dynamic ip address IS the original ip address.
If the comp you wish to trace is using a proxy, then there is no easy way to trace it.You would need aceess to the proxy servers records

If you registered just to have your gamecard (whatever it is) displayed, you came to the wrong place:-) Just communicate, ask questions, talk to people.

You can use a web based proxy. In order to be secure, you'd need to get some hosting somewhere and run a private proxy which only you can access and that would work for you. Proxy will be detect so be careful to use it.

You can't trace ip's to a house level. Only Operators can.
