who can i connect with ftp

i want to put me files in my site by ftp programs ( i know how )
put my factory doesnt allowed me to connect to ftp just http
what should i dooooooo plz

if you connect to internet via proxy(SQUID, etc.), see FarFileManager+ProxyPlugin
