My friend told me he could use Telnet to send files to other peoples computers and then execute them, I think this would be cool so I could put a batch script on someones computer to shut it down and then execute it, but when i try and do "Telnet 67.*67.8.5* 80" it doesnt work, it just says connection failed... and this was 2 secs after the kid gave me his ip, so dont tell me his ip changed...
