Script for opening CMD

Whats the script for opening a cmd again on your computer if it is totaly deleted out of your computer.

there is no 'script' to open cmd.exe

i'm pretty sure it is needed for tons of applications, so it probably isn't gone.

check for it in "C:\WINDOWS\system*2\cmd.exe"

it should be there...

also, what happens when you do "Start > Run > cmd.exe" ?

go to notepad and type start and save it and the close it and open it again the comman prompt will start...if only this would work at school
