SwitchProxy lets you manage and switch between multiple proxy configurations
quickly and easily. You can also use it as an anonymizer to protect your
computer from prying eyes. NOTE: In Firefox you can use the toolbar
element to save space.

proxy

If you download switchproxy, then it works well with tor

http://tor.eff.org/

Tor is a program that bounces all your connections from your browser or any program through a network of proxy servers, it's almost totally anonymous and quite fast as well compared to some proxys, and unlike most proxy servers where the owner can easily view what your doing, steal passwords and stuff, the people running tor proxies have no access at all to information passing through, because of some encryption system it uses, so it's much more secure, reliable and anonymous that most proxy servers.

Pproxy

Tor is not that easy to set up, you have to download another program as well and also edit some configuration files, so if you have firefox + switchproxy then I will explain how to install it.
