I'm confused, I'm behind a proxyserver at home (pandora). I use a firewall (zonealarm pro) wich is set to 'Hide local ip'.
So for what I unserstand of all this proxy crap is that when I visit any site it should be anonymous (or quite). Visiting [url]http://www.all-nettools.com/en.htm[/url] reveals my exact ip as stated in Winipcfg and all other sort of things. How come?
Reason of question; I visit a lot of 'warez sites' and on many of them it is said that proxy=anonymous. Don't shoot me for getting my basic knowledge on those sites, I'm getting more interested.
