Disconnect game server

First of all i wanna thank you for offering this great site ,
i was looking for something like this for months.

Let me give you some info about my skills.

Im writing delphi programms for about 6 months & i've just started with C++(and im VERY excited).

My question is simple for you guys (or "freaks"),

I wanna Disconnect a game server (i know how it sounds ), but i dont know what kind of packets do i have to send ? and how to encode them ?
Also , is it possible to hide public IP address using a proxy? If yes,how?

Im using Delphi 7 & indy sockets V*0,and i think i have to use idTcp component.Help me if you like..

I wish i could learn new stuff!!
