How can I use FTP with A4proxy?

Hi,

Can someone tell me how I can use Anonimity for proxy with an FTP utility.
I've tried to set it up with Ftpvoyager but without succes. I've put *27.0.0.*, 80 and I've put also an proxy adres in the Ftpvoyager but that didn't work. Maybe someone knows what type of connection I have to choose in the Ftpvoyager.

Thanks,

daYz

your question

A4proxy does use the *27.0.0.* port 80 structure. I have used many apps with it with no problem. I think that you need to:

*. Make sure your proxies support ftp (do this by checking the proxy, with the reset data box checked. The data is to the right with ftp, https (secure http) etc..)

2. Make sure that your FTP software is proxy friendly. If you input *27.0.0.* port 80 into the proxy settings of your FTP client, then it SHOULD work with A4proxy. If not, then your FTP software is refusing to work with A4proxy, s***est find different FTP soft. Check at http://download.cnet.com
