I think that is the first time I have ever seen “someone” abbreviated like that.

I think you need to start at English *0* before trying to “turn other peoples screens upside down”.

    Google + learn Engrrrish = results - http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&q=learn+engrish&btnG=Search

In all honesty... do some research.

Well if you wanted your question answered, it would have been smart to word it correctly, so as to avoid flames. Here's a quote from the 'smart questions FAQ', hopefully it'll teach you why we find spelling and grammar necessary:

We've found by experience that people who are careless and sloppy writers are usually also careless and sloppy at thinking and coding (often enough to bet on, anyway). Answering questions for careless and sloppy thinkers is not rewarding; we'd rather spend our time elsewhere.

So expressing your question clearly and well is important. If you can't be bothered to do that, we can't be bothered to pay attention. Spend the extra effort to polish your language. It doesn't have to be stiff or formal R*2; in fact, hacker culture values informal, slangy and humorous language used with precision. But it has to be precise; there has to be some indication that you're thinking and paying attention.

Spell, punctuate, and capitalize correctly. Don't confuse “its̶*; with “it's̶*;, “loose̶*; with “lose̶*;, or “discrete̶*; with “discreet̶*;. Don't TYPE IN ALL CAPS; this is read as shouting and considered rude. (All-smalls is only slightly less annoying, as it's difficult to read. Alan Cox can get away with it, but you can't.)

More generally, if you write like a semi-literate boob you will very likely be ignored. Writing like a l**t script kiddie hax0r is the absolute kiss of death and guarantees you will receive nothing but stony silence (or, at best, a heaping helping of scorn and sarcasm) in return.
And to answer your question - he could have done this to someone not on his LAN by using a reverse-connecting trojan.

badday.exe - A program to turn screens upside down, apparently. There appears to be no trace of it on the internet, so I s***est you find an alternative.

psexec.exe - A program by sysinternals to execute programs remotely. Find it here.

Syntax****** was implying that you use psexec to remotely execute the screen flip program on the victim's machine, as long as they have no firewall.

And for god's sake GOOGLE next time. We're not your free research service, and GOOGLE could have saved you a significant amount of time instead of waiting for the information to be spoon fed to you.
