    res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm

    i cant get any web pages to open ive tried reinstalling explorer from c drive with no luck. please help.

    Have you tried resetting your modem? ... then resetting your router... If you have:

    Update your Ethernet Controller (drivers) using the disc that came with your computer...

    Right Click "My Computer" & select Manage
    Highlight Device Manager & in the right panel [+] Network Adapters
    Select a network adapter & reinstall it
