Need help with blazing tools keylogger

Ok hey everyone i am new here and this site has helped me alot .
But now i need some help. I play a game called Runescape. My 2 friends SUSPOSDLY Hint hacked me and stole my acc and items i know there emails and everything there stupid also. So they will open anything. Anyways my friend told me to get this blazing tool perfect keylogger. Well i did my friend gave me a serial code and everytihng. I read a guide also before i entered the cd key. but anyways when i click register my pc freezez like shit i mean i cant do anytihng i have 2 restart when i do it shows me a log but when i do enable again it screws everythign up again. The guide said on Sys trey right click for remoe installtion i cant do that. It freezezs my pc when i only enable the keylogger.. Please can anyone help me?

Are you running any kind of antivirus? Maybe it's conflicting with the 'logger. Just a wild guess..
