Does anyone know of a site which offers some decent proxies for anonymous browsing?

Preferably fast and transparent/secure and they need to be from different locations (europe, america etc) as well as reliable.

Im willing to pay for some good ones although free is good too

Google is amazing.
All you have to do is plug in "anonymous proxies" in that little box and it comes up with 4,060,000 results in 0.05 seconds.

Just use tor. Regular proxies are insecure, unreliable, slow, and untrustworthy.
