Oh thats easy, just change the default settings.
Just open the command prompt, and on the top bar that has the cmd location and you can move the window, right click.
see where it says defaults?
thats what you want.
click that, go to colors, select screen text, select the color you want, click ok.
It'll do that by default from now on, and you get your old school green on black style.
Id have killed myself if I wasnt able to customize settings, especially if I had to work with that little default window size.
