BlackArch has released a new update to their Linux disto of interest to penetration testers and security researchers and increases the number of tools included to *5*6. It's based on the Arch Linux distro and the 4.7.* kernel, can be run as a Live system from a USB stick or DVD, or installed to the HD, and defaults to the Fluxbox WM.

I usually use Kali but am currently trying out BlackArch for the first time and like it so far. If you're still stuck on Windows it's a good way to get a taste of what using Linux is about since you can boot it up from a Flash drive and not disturb your resident OS, though I personally prefer FreeBSD for everyday use.
