I think it's reffering to ADO, it's a server side scripting language:
[url]http://www.w*schools.com/ado/default.asp[/url]
OR it could be:
[url]http://www.fileinfo.net/extension/do[/url]
.htaccess might be displaying the extension as .do
with .htaccess you may give any extension (almost) to your webpages.
