    IP address and Email recovery

How do you change an IP address? Also, how do I access deleted emails in Outlook? I've deleted them from the deleted file, but have heard that I can still access.

Your ip is the identity your provider gave you. To change it you will need to change providers or use a proxy.

To change the last octet of your public IP address:

If you use a router, reboot the router.

If you directly connect via a modem, type ipconfig /renew at the command prompt.
