i was attacked twice tonite!

i'm writing this to let you know about the 2 attacks i got a few hours ago. the following is the list of viruses & adwares:

virus-downloader
virus-ads.dropspam

This adware got in by me (i suspect) because i got a pop-up on a wesite that said "you may need to install Adobe FlashPlayer to use this website", so i installed it like an idiot. However, it may have installed itself if i had ignored it (i'll never know):
adware-advertising.com
adware-avenue a, inc.
adware-doubleclick
adware-mediaplex
adware-tagasaurus
adware-zedo

I'm letting you all know to be on the lookout for these as they are coming in through in the internet.

p.s. I got the virus out. now i still have to get the adware out! arg!
