Concerning Keylogging and Ways to use them

Since Mike reccomended I come here I decided to go ahead and ask this, what are some of the best keyloggers out there, that can remotely hurt someone, or at least be able to attack one person, (not just a group of many, like on Kazaa or LimeWire) and aren't detected by AntiViral software?

Im guessing alot of these needs* are impossible but there has to be some sort of keylogger device that can be used to moniter people's keystrokes and computer in any way. Obviously im not ****ing on there being one with all the requirements listed but.. yeah.
