You could change ISPs...

Or, if you only want to change your IP address for a small amount of time (e.g. to access a website you're banned from), use a proxy server..

The most simple way to do this is use a webproxy such as [url]http://www.hidemyass.com[/url]

You can also google for [URL="http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=proxy+lists&btnG=Google+Search&meta="]proxy lists[/URL] and then configure your browser/irc client/whatever to use that proxy..

You can change your ip address by using proxy. Before and after changing it check your ip address. To check the ip address open the run command in your system and enter as cmd then type as ipconfig in the command prompt or check your ip address in the site http://www.ip-details.com/ .
