Free hosting services usually allow all filetypes; try a site like this:

    http://www.freehostia.com/free_hosting.html

I think even Imageshack allows you to upload SWF files.

Nothing is free, you better pay them some amount of money you cant just expect someone to let you load unknown files to there site without knowing a reason and not being paid nor knowing what the file is gonna do.

Yeah, you're probably not gonna find someone generous enough to host that for you. My host charges me for every MB of bandwidth I use, so I'm even avoiding hosting large PDF files to lower costs.

Why not make your own webserver for free?
