How can i scare someone ?

I play alot of bf2 and other online games i run a clan and run forums , i had one player of the clan useing cheats and he got kicked he aboused me and aboused all the admins on our site i was just wondering if there is away of sending him something to scare him or even shut down his computer altogther, i have his ip and email .

You can't, not unless he/she runs a program that will do that. You can't remotely do that, unless you have a RAT installed on the victim. Battlefield 2 and other online games don't have any vulnerabilites that would let you do that.

since you have his/her email adress,send a .bat file to keep the pc shutting off,is very annoying..lol
