i need help BAD!!!

ok this is what happend...I turned on my computer and it was starting then for some stupid reason i decide to turn it of while its starting(i know very stupid) so then it turns off. but then when i try to turn it back on it shows a screen asking if i want safe mode or start nomarlly... yeah and then it flashes a blue screen and turns off again then it turns back on and does it again with out me touching it.. if any one could please help me i would really appreciatte it.
