Help !

Hi, I need to hack into someones computer to delete some documents that he shouldnt be having.

Im not doing this for fun!, these files are important document that could pose a threat to me.
It is of absolute no value to him but everything to me.
Im not harming him or anyone by doing this but purely for my own protection.

My friend has hacked into his computer once and seen the files but couldnt delete them.. i dont know full details but.. maybe its read only? or passwword protected?

the last time i hacked into anything was *0 yrs ago lol.. i have no idea what to do!
i know there are trojans that work by having the victim to recieve a client file...but i dont think in a position to be sending him files...

i gota do this in STEALTH MODE! ASAP! * SHOT * KILL! BlaLABLAH!
any ideas ppls?? i got his IP from his previous emails but im not sure if its his direct ip or just the email server.

pls dont flame me yet! ive spent hrs on google and have searched the forum already.
