"Can't find any info on it anywhere."

    You didn't try very hard.

    Name: Jeem
    Alias: Maz, Inor, Troj_Inor.A, Troj/Dloader-BO, Trojan.PSW.Jeem, TrojanDownloader.Win*2.Inor

Jeem is a backdoor with data stealing capabilities. It consists of 2 parts - a downloader called Inor and the backdoor itself.

The Inor downloader is a small UPX-packed program. When run, it tries to download Jeem backdoor from a website and to activate it. The downloader will continuosly try to download the backdoor and will uninstall itself only when its mission is complete. The downloader saves the time when the backdoor was downloaded in System Registry.

The Jeem backdoor is a UPX-packed file that is downloaded by Inor downloader (see above). It installs itself to system and creates a key in System Registry to be always run with Windows. The backdoor listens to remote commands and can be used to get a limited access to an infected system. The backdoor can be used as a mail relay as well. The backdoor also searches for *.SEI files and can send their contents out to a specified e-mail address.

F-Secure Anti-Virus detects the downloader as 'TrojanDownloader.Win*2.Inor' and the backdoor as 'Trojan.PSW.Jeem' with the latest updates.
Disinfection solution for the backdoor and its downloader is to delete or rename their files.
