po box info needed

Not sure if this that right place to post this but im sure i will hear it if its not. anyone know how to get the owner information of a paticular post office box. any ideas or help is appreciated thanks guys for looking

At least here in the UK, someone can just ask for the owner information at the PO box's location and the staff are obligated to give it out.

Disconcerting for me with all the random crap I order to mine.
