Never heard of such a program.
Most "hacker tools" are commercially avaliable software or freeware. There are no "underground" tools, so to speak.

It is free ware.
The actual name is"UnderGround Hacking Tools 2007 **0 AIO"
It has a game inside it called "Hacker v* cyber warfare".To play first you must use a DNS ,then ping the result.After that use NTMAP ,then TELNET to connect.Next you use John Ripper to crack the password.
I get stuck here.
No idea how to use John Ripper,and hours of googling it hasnt gotten me any closer....

I herd of the software. the software is not a game it just program that has multi programs inside. Maybe you found a game with same name then fair enough
