Proxy

Hello. I recently got banned from <www.charlieoscardelta.com> because I apparently did something ban worthy. I just want to talk to a few people on my account but when I actually get on it using a proxy I cannot send a message. What is it with that site that makes it so "proxy proof". When I use regular proxy websites I cannot even sign in. I downloaded a pretty crappy program called ProxyWay and it didn't do much.

I was just wondering if any of you knew any quality proxy sites or programs that actually lets me get on that site.

(Also, my cable modem is direct connected to my computer. Not sure if that is relevant. Also, it's my home computer not schools or friends. Thanks in advanced.)

Try using a cgi proxy like gtunnel.com or try one from the ever change list at this site.

    http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml

All you do is go to their site and enter the site you want to go to. Way easier than using a program like proxyway and was faster proxies and way easier to find. You can also chain them through each other and use ftp on most and even get secure connections on some.

About you not being able to send messages. It could be you account has restrictions because you were banned. If thats the case then a proxy will not solve the problem buts its easy to figure out. If you use a proxy and your IMs don't work its an account restriction and in that case create a new one or PM the mods.

I literally used about 80% of the proxies at proxy.org. None work.

There is no use in using 2% let alone 80% because there all based on *-* cgi proxy scripts. The scripts just run on different pages giving you a different ip. And just about all of them should work. If you cannot visit that web site then its probably not the proxy. You could if you really think its the proxy disable all java and javascript and all that shit then use a proxy to view the site. Or you could download something like JAP and if it still won't let you its definitely not the proxy it is something wrong with their web server or you need to delete you temp browser cookies and etc.

    it may be my county

strangely enough i have been able to make proxies (from *rd party tuts and files and stuff) and uploaded it to any random host that would take it...and amazingly its not blocked, i spread the word out in school about my new proxy (also got me some cash in the process) and after it became blocked, i went to annother host uploaded the same files and bam i was up and running again...maybe the cure for a working proxy is different hosts and making your own proxy =P

Never mind. I just used AOL. It is a different ISP so it gives me a different IP.
