Important Things in a Fourm
I tried making a fourm at informe.com.
Well, I made it, but now I don't know what to do with it.
What are the basics of the topics that a fourm should include?

What do you want your forum to be about? Technology? Food? You need a topic.

Yes, I'm going to base it on technology.
Isn't there basic things you need it on the fourm no matter what the topic is though?

Some people like an Introduction so that everyone new to the forum has a place to say hi and not clog up threads. There's usually a discussion room, trash, misc, jokes, etc.
