You actually can bypass the sites in my retarded school by pinging and getting the ip. Easier way to do it is click ^ tool box and type it in the whois same thing.

anyway i have bypassed my schools shit every way possible lol they have blocked all proxie sites as have many schools they also bloock cmd but lucky for me i know the admin password due to some snooping
your best bet is to get access to an admin acount on the schools server and disable your schools blocking system thats about all you can do sorry to say

i think you cant ping using the notepad, it is necessary that you contact the desk support for this query it would be a better solution here
