Is it possible to find someones IP address by using a forum?

Someone is doing some serious trolling on this forum:
www.cagewarriors.com/forums

Can i get his/her IP address from their posts?

administrators always have the option to use logging scripts to catch ip adresses of user and visitors.
Note: this can be fooled if the person uses proxys
