I am not sure this is possible but I am dying to know..
I broke up with my ex because he became really weird....He stopped answering my emails or calling me a million times a day as before....What changed? I have no idea....I know he isn't dating anyone since I have that covered..But I wonder if he is having some connections ( I suspect many ) on line..I have his ip and email..Is there anyway to know what he is doing on line? Anything?

Not with just his IP and Email.

Depends on how much you want to get into it though. If you have access to his computer, you could check his history. Maybe check his saved passwords if he is using Firefox, or another browser that has a feature or add-on to allow you to view your saved passwords in non-encrypted form, write them down then log onto his accounts from your computer and you might pick up a few things. You could install a keylogger to ***** his key strikes (many are detected by Anti-Virus though). There are also many other solutions, if you look more detailed into it.

Does he have an account on myspace or any other community building sites?
if he has a webmail account you can get his password and login and check his emails
