Hi!

I found the IP address of a person who is sending me e-mails for a while. It looks like that the person is some where else that I thought it is.I have the right trace, but now I don't know how to get more information who is sending me those e-mails. Can I write to some one and S.ask them for help? Person knows way to much about me that it should.
It is telling me that is in millitary, does us millitary use IP address in Ireland? Using some govermant council?
What should I do?
