If your connection is direct to your computer and your computer gets the public IP and not a router, you can try this:
For Windows 2000, XP, and 200*
    *. Click Start
    2. Run
    *. Type cmd
    4. Type ipconfig /release and enter
    5. Next> Start, >Control Panel, >and open Network Connections
    6. Find and Right click on the active Local Area Connection and choose Properties
    7. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
    8. Click on Use the following IP address
    *. Enter any false IP
*0. Press Tab and the Subnet Mask section will populate with default numbers
    **. Hit OK twice
*2. Right click the active Local Area Connection again and choose Properties
    **. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
*4. Choose Obtain an IP address automatically
    *5. Hit OK twice

Finally you can see your new ip address at Ip-details.com

Well i would say why not you simply just get an ip changer software like hotspot and change our ip without having the worry of doing the complex sort of working in dos or any else of it.

Simply unplug the modem overnight and in the working you will have a new IP address. As simple as that.

Games can really make you banned when you do something they don't like. Use VPN when you connect to the web and the games. Its always better to be safe.

how to change your IP and keep your security

Hello! One of the best things you can do to change your IP for one IP of the country you want while at the same time protect yourself from hackers and navigate anonymous, is to use a VPN service like IPVanish. You can learn more about it in this nice review: https://securitycatch.com/ipvanish-review/
