how can i block some sites in my computer of internet

In Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Sites
Enter the url and click Block
You will have to enter each site.
For firefox its a little more complicated, involving the hosts file.

Or, if you have a router, you can block sites with it.
