Creating Visual Basic 6.0 Setup Program

I am using Windows *8 and Visual Basic 6.0. I want to create a setup program. So what I did is I went to the location C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VB*8\Wizards\PDWizard\PDCMDLN.EXE to create the setup program. What it will do is it will put my application in C:\Program Files\Application.exe and appearing in C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs.

My problem is how can I create a shortcut of my application at the C:\windows\desktop\ location?

    Thanks.
