    .."no incoming connection"..

hello everyone im new to this forum, but i have a question,

while using bittorrent, it keeps telling me my " no incoming connection "
I have no clue why, but i have dsl and im only downloading at like *2 k/b,
i pretty sure it has something to do with the ports, but i dunno.

so my question is " can someone help.. or at least point me in the right
    direction making my connection "connect"

    thank you all ^^

I would make sure to forward the correct ports required for BitTorrent to work. If that doesn't work, or you need help figuring out which ports to open, go to the link that gordo posted.
