they are basicly blank keys with the teeth ground down to the #* level. if you have bump key made for a common house door, with a little bit of time, and practice, you can open any lock the key fits.

i saw them at blackhat a few years ago..

I think they sound awesome. Don't have one though, just saw that Youtube vid.

Probably gonna buy one when I get paid (not that I'm into burglary; I just think they are pretty cool).
