sdra64.exe

This file keeps popping up to enter my Startup Programs. I use WinPatrol to alert me when something is trying to do this. As soon as I say "No" to keep it from adding it, WinPatrol pops right back up asking again. WinPatrol path shows: c:\windows\system*2\sdra64.exe. After changing my "view" options so I can see all files in my Window\system*2 file to try to delete it, I can't find it. I've done Windows searches for it and looked in temp files. I use AVG Free antivirus. The last two times it ran, it removed:
s.exe
*72.exe
podmena.exe
RP*204\RP*204\A*78****.exe

I've ran Spybot S&D and AdAware.
I thought I would try to allow it into my Startup Programs and then would "Disable" it with WinPatrol. This will remove it and keep it from ever entering, however (now that it's in my startup programs) when I highlight it in WinPatrol, neither the "Disable" button nor the "Remove" button are an option. It's always an option on other programs except for some of the main programs for Microsoft. WinPatrol cannot see what company this sdra64.exe is.
Not sure what else to do. Any ideas on what this is and what to do?

Thanks.

You can download hijackthis, run it and delete it. http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/*000-8022_4-*0227*5*.html
You can check your log here, cut and paste it. http://www.hijackthis.de/index.php?langselect=english
Also download a-squared free and run it, you may be surprised what it finds. http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/

On the second one above, I'm not sure where to get my log. Obviously I'm not computer savy.

After scanning (running) hijack this, click on save your log file. The log file will be in the same folder as the hijack this program.
