    It is possible to get a name, adress or phone number out of this IP? 66.143.34.248
    The guy stole pretty much ended up stealing 300 dollars from my friend through auctions

    hi,

    some times yes and some times no. if it is a university or some thing like that-then you dont know who used a particlar system and when.

    In any case contact the police, they can get the address and telephone number of the ip but you should know when (the exact time) when you were attacked in case it is a dynamic ip.

    Some help perhaps. With 75 % accuracy using a very reliable net world map site, the offending computer is located near Overland Park, Kansas (north of that) and closer to Prairie Villiage, Kansas (west of that). For technical info. you might use Samspade.org or CentralOps.net. Good luck. NB2

    Not exactly. Southwestern Bell Internet Services owns a wider range, 66.136.0.0 - 66.143.255.255. For 66.143.34.248 we can narrow down the range to 66.143.34.0 - 66.143.35.255, which gives us:

    Yes, you are correct. The Texas address is the 'parent' location. I did find the Ca. address as well.
