Exclamation Viva la free Internet...

The URL you attempted to access i.e.

http://tools.rosinstrument.com/proxy/

was posted on this forum earlier and now evidently is blocked by KSA, your government. Try to access these URLs:

https://fugu.safeweb.com/webpage/tboy*.php*
https://www.safeweb.com/

I suspect they are now also blocked. I think your best chance to bypass your government censor is to contact a friend in a free country via secure email, e.g. PGP, or other secure method, and ask him/her to install TriangleBoy, then send you TB URL by secure method. If you can obtain some unpublished TriangleBoy URLs you can share them with your trusted friends. (Not all on one list, of course.) If censor becomes aware of these URLs, the TriangleBoy IPs will be promptly blocked.

I also suspect that this forum will be blocked, if it's not already, by KSA, UAE, and other repressive regimes, so if you wish to contact any forum members in future, make a note of email addresses now.

Thumbs down

they where not blocked!
but i can't reach them
this what apears to me :
Problem Report
Condition TCP error was detected while attempting to retrieve the URL: 'https://www.safeweb.com:44*/'.
Problem Description: TCP/IP processing failure.
Try RELOADING the page.
This error message means that the target host did not properly respond to HTTP GET request after successfully establishing TCP connection. This may be due to problems like congestion on target host or transmission path.
If this problem persists for extended periods of time, contact your network support team. Please, first make sure that the target is really reachable and not, for example, out of service due to maintenance.

Some choices.

A) Reinstall your TCP/IP stack.

B) Tell your ISP to fix the problem.

C) Move to another country.
