how can i get rid of banners

I created a web site and upload it on freeservers.com but there is a big banner which looks very bad and heavy my site.

Is there any method to get rid of these banners. OR
there is any free hosting service which gives no banners.

Well, this is very simple :: Change webhost company

Go to google and search something similar as
webhost free no ads
And check the results or you can register in my webhost.
No ads at all, integrated uploader and limition 200k

Well, a guy that posts a lot here is carlo and he has a website in a free webhost completly without ads check http://www.xlsite.com
Use services such as co.nr to create a domain or if you got ***** to spare then by a .com or similar domain name.

free host. no ads.

you may also want to look into some css and see if you cant remove the ads like that. Be aware however that by removing the ads there is a very good chance that you agreed NOT to remove the ads in the TOS, and doing so may (and probably will) result in them axing your site.

Another trick to look into is to see if you have the option of having the banners on the bottom of your site rather than the top. (I know oddworldz.com at least used to have that option) If so, a simple fix is to add a few hundred <br> tags to the end of your page, thus pushing those ads WAY down and out of sight.

hope that helps.
