This is a all in one server package with Apache Server, PHP, and MySQL installed. It's easy to practice PHP when you have a test server package like this. It's easy to install and use. Give it a try; if you can learn C# then PHP will be easy.

Think of it this way. If you installed wamp in C:\wamp and you put the file index.php in C:\wamp\www then all you have to do to access it is open your browser and type localhost/index.php

    Not what i meant :D

I know that you have to open it from the browser itself and how to do it! the problem is index.php exists... and i tryed an html file (opening it from browser itself not from the file too) it works perfectly fine it's just the .php that glitches :S it just gives me error 404 and file not found :S i've searched this on many websites they said what was the cause but not how to fix it :S:S
(tryed reinstalling wamp server and IIS)

Okay, what is the exact text you are typing in the browser address window?

euhmmm i looked in inetmgr (start menu/ run / inetmgr) and i tryed running index.php it from there (right click on index.php and browse) it writes in the browser localhost/myweb/index.php (myweb is what i named the website)

still tells me file not found... look i know how to find the file from the browser but it doesn't display it and glitch!
