    Google turns up garbage!!

I'm runnin a network with two Windows XP-based computers connected across through an ethernet switch. Both computers have internet access via winproxy. the host computer works normally, but i'm having a pretty unusual problem with the client.

When I type in some website urls (including google.com) in the address bar, I get the following output in Firefox and Opera; IE tries to download a file.

I ran Norton, AVG, and QuickHeal tests, but no results. Does anybody know why such a thing can happen?

    Cheers,
    Evil.

If your network is connected through a router, it could be using encrypting protection
