i need help bad!

my name says it all. first of all i want to know if all those websites for keyloggers and trojans are safe. As much as i want to see what some person is doing i also dont want a trojan on my computer. so if anyone could please help me by telling me if it is safe. and also i want to know how you can send a keylogger or trojan through email. also i want to know if i can put a trojan in a link or a website. i need to know asap thanx
