I am using dial up internet connection.I check my internet speed in the site http://www.ip-details.com/My upload speed is too low.How to speed up?

There is probably not much you can do besides spend more money with your isp and ugrade your service. Check your upload speed with your isp's claims, if there is a big difference tell them to look into it.
