IP address (not similar?)

Hello, I've the following question:

Why is there a difference between the two IP-addresses below:
- My IP address at "ipconfig" (windows)
- My IP address at whatismyip.com

Why are above IP addresses not similar?

Your internal (LAN) address. Used for computers on your own network to communicate with each other. Usually 192.168.*.*

Your external (Internet) address. Your router uses this address to communicate with the Internet, and multiple computers on the network communicate through the router to the Internet using NAT.
