They have a very quick link which is quite useful t me, something like [url]http://ipaddressguide.com/ip2location.aspx?ip=66.**2.6*.2[/url]

You can try using a [URL="http://www.ipfingerprints.com/"]IP Locator[/URL] service website. I used it to detect an ip, and the accuracy was very good... something like *00 km from Lyon, so give it a try. I hope it helps !
